It’s in very good condition considering the year it’s mint. Engine runs very well and smooth. These are renown for their versatility easy to ride and good first big bikes also top bike of its time. I bought it for a commuter to a new job but I didn’t take the job in the end so I bought a shed to keep the bike in and to carry out the work I have done on it. Before I bought it it was dry stored also. Tasks I have carried out are: Oil/filter change Carburetors re-built and synchronised Exhaust studs re-tapped Handle bar risers/slip ons Mushrooms to protect fairing Manual cam chain tensioner as originals had common faults New battery New fuel hoses with new filter Fresh fuel Tested rectifier/regulator Checked valve air gaps Currently has no mot but I don’t have a problem putting one on. It’s hardly been used since the last one and had no advisories anyway. It’s a good strong bike which will serve for many more years.
