Jon was really helpful and sent me an extra crash bung free of charge after I managed to loose one. Today my front end washed out on me on my gsxr600 at around 20mph. The bike slid for about 5 meters before coming to a halt and apart from the crash bung, there is not damage to my bike at all. I bought a full set of bungs for my FZ1 in December 2008 and fitted them straight away. This is one product you hope and pray will never need to be used; but sadly, last night, my bike went for a slide down the road. The bungs did their job perfectly. No damage to the main fairing, slight scrape on the front brake lever and exhaust. The rear brake lever folded in two however; but the important thing to me was I have been saved a lot of expense and I was able to ride the bike home afterwards. I’m glad I invested in these.
