Iv owned this bike for over 5 years now being the 2nd registered owner. Used initially as a commuter for work and later just at weekends. This is first bike Iv owned and couldn’t have wished for more! Arguably the definitive middleweight Japanese sportsbike of the last decade or two. She has never let me down and is as strong now as ever. There are some flaws and age related marks from the 2 low speed offs Iv had on ice and oil that iv tried to capture in the photos (engine casing has a scuff on it, front fairing has a small crack above indicator, right fairing has some scratches on and a replacement front indicator will be needed as I wont be able to get round to fixing). Serviced annually with MOT since Iv owned it with MOT due 10 June 2016. Peak power at 12,500 rpm and tips the scale at 169 kilograms dry-the lightest, most powerful 600 supersport Honda has ever made by 2001. Its PGM-FI system is virtually flawless with an advanced CPU delivering finely metered fuel through a pair of 38mm (1.5in) dual-throat throttle bodies and also controls the ignition timing. The four-piston front brake calipers offer outstanding stopping performance. The fully adjustable suspension is set at a comfortably soft standard setting, but is easily altered to provide stiff, accurate racetrack performance. Viewing / inspection welcome through arrangement. Stainless downpipes fitted approx 5k ago. Will come fitted with a brand new rear tyre.
