For Sale is my 2000 Honda CBR600FY in the best colour combination. I have owned this bike for a year, used on my 20 mile commute into London last year and it’s been an absolute joy. Its an excellent all rounder. Super comfy for long distance and I’ve been told by the previous owner it can easily compete with 900rr on a trackday. Fresh MOT until End of August 2017. Mechanically in fantastic condition and well taken care of. Folder full of receipts and history. Bodywork has few battle scars. It has number of extras/improvements. Stainless Steel Exhaust Downpipes (Recently replaced the Copper Washer). Stainless Aftermarket End Can with removable double baffles (CCC) – Sounds AMAZING! Sintered pads all around. SRK Clutch Kit Fitted. Taper Roller Steering Head Bearings. Double bubble touring screen. Security Markings transferrable to the new owner. Fender Extender Mudguard Extension. Lugggage Rack, Baseplate and a TopBox – Box is a bit battered as I managed to lose it few times (forgot to lock and drove off). Heated Grips and Watch (Watch needs a new battery I think). Professional Suspension Set up by BN Race Science. Set of Bridgestone T30 Tires – Lots of life left (Installed November 2013). Gold Rear + Front Sprocket (-1 Front +2 Rear) and DID Gold Chain – gives is soooo much more acceleration and massive punch through the midrange. Honda Manual Printer and Binded + CD with Electronic Copy – Very handy for maintenance. Mount on the Front. Below a recent Maintenance History. Fuel Pump Changed one year ago. Regulator Rectifier, Battery, All Relays Changed. Installed Renthal Sprocket Sets. Spark Plug Coils Changed. EBC SRK Clutch Kit Fittet and New Clutch Basket, Clutch Rod and Cable and Lever. Pretty much a rebuild! Silkolane + HiFlo Oil/Air Filters changed in April 2016. Front Forks Full Service including Oil and Seals December 2014. Break Fluid, Front/Rear Wheel Bearings Changed December 2014. Spare Parts/More Extras Included. Old Clutch Basket and plates (Still Usable). Center Stand – Never fitted it! Old Fuel Pump (Still Working). Brand New OEM Rocker Cover Gasket and Seals – Never Got around installing it. Didn’t like the mess so took it off. Spare, working Regulator Rectifier, Generator and Relays. Still OK Condition Yuasa Battery (Good for emergencies). Everything that could have wrong with this bike already has, and it was fixed with no expense spared. Not so good bits. Bodywork has seen better days: Some Scratches/Scuffs all around. Tiny Dent in the tank, Some Cracks in the fairings near screw mountings (Majority Glued and Fixed) A bit of the cover is broken off near the air duct (See below and pictures). Bike had a slow gravel slide last year hence the scratches on the right side. No repairs were required apart of a new Right mirror and break lever. Few Bolts and Fasteners are not original and one fairing bolt is missing. Top Box is battered as I lost it few times – Drove off forgetting to lock it in place. Speedo very occasionally drops dead at high speeds but recovers within a minute or so. Bike has never been involved in accident or written off in any way. Grippy from rear seat is now removed.
