Here is my CBR600F4 for sale. I have owned this bike since May 2014. The bike is a V reg 1999 and has done 38K miles. The bike has been in a Cat D accident and since been repaired but rides smoothly and starts every time. There are small scratches on the side that have since been painted (not by me). I have lived with them as the bike still looks attractive IMO. In addition there are a couple of scuffs on the bodywork and a 1cm small tear in the seat cover but overall I would say the condition of the bike is fair for its age. It has had small detail modifications which gives it a more sporty look than the standard sports tourer it was from new. The bike has an ART silencer and comes with the original silencer too. I recently brought a pair of Metzeler m7 tyres which are in good condition with plenty of life left. Very good in both the wet and dry (I did a lot of research into them). I also recently had the bike serviced and brought a regulator rectifier, new fuel pump, new battery, oil change, K&N oil and air filters and tinted screen. It has LED indicators and LED commander, rear hugger, shorty levers and Honda text grips. The bike has 1 key, some decent service history and is MOTd till March 2017. I have a couple of videos of the bike, one as a walk around and one cold start up, that I can make available if needed. This is the CBR600F-X (1999 Model) also know as the F4 which was the bike that once again transformed the mid-weight category and crossed the bridge between sports and touring bikes. This model was the first CBR600 to have an alloy frame which enhanced its rideability and performance as well as reducing its weight, and I believe was the model that Ten-Kate Honda first used to enhance Honda reputation in World Super Sports Racing. It is the last of the carburettor CBRs and revered as the best. The bike has treated me very well, it is fast, reliable and sounds fantastic with the ART exhaust. It would be a perfect starter sports bike with plenty of life left in it. The turning circle and lack of seat space has finally got the better of me. The bike is located in Chiswick, West London.
