For sale is my 1997 CBR600F3 in stunning black & silver livery. She’s done just over 47,000 miles , covering less than 500 miles in the last 12 months. Always starts on the button, engine runs lovely & sounds great with the stubby end can. Will have a new MOT & be ready to ride away as of Saturday 28th April. I put her in for an MOT on 21st April & she failed on only 2 items – rear tyre below legal limit & no dipped beam on headlight. Both the rear tyre (Bridgestone Battleaxe to match the front) & headlight bulb have now been replaced & re-test booked for Sat 28th April. Rear brake pads were also replaced while the wheel was off & cush-drive rubbers checked & all ok. Other advisories on MOT are (i) noisy exhaust & (ii) slight play in front wheel-bearings. Registration is R413 LGF if anyone wants to check MOT history online. The exhaust is a stubby after-market end can – not sure of the make as it was on the bike when I bought it – but it’s road legal & sounds great. I have the original to pass on with the sale which can easily be slipped back on if preferred. Clear mini spear indicators, adjustable clutch & brake levers, chain & sprockets have plenty of miles left in them as does the front tyre. Had oil & filter change last August but has not been ridden much since then. Comes with folder with some history, lots of old MOT’s, bills, V5, 2 sets of keys & a really useful maintenance & service manual that I bought as an e-book & printed off.
