For sale, is my CBR 600 F2 in very rare Beneton Colours. The bike is in km and has an mph overlay. This never affected me, the mileage is 49754 miles. The MOT is on the 25th August. Last year there was an advisory on the loudness of the exhaust, it sounds lovely. And, the front tyre valve had signs of wear-I have just replaced this. Overall the bike is lovely, eye-catching, fast and always draws compliments and comments. The chain could do with replacing but isn’t too bad. The paint on the wheels is a little bubbly. So where are the positives? The bike still goes like stink, she looks amazing and is in very rare colours. The engine is sound with the oil coming out as clean as it went it. In spring 2017 I put in new spark plugs, an air filter, also replaced the oil and filter and also the fork seals. The front fork springs are MAXTON and have bespoke spacers, standard forks come with pre-load adjusters so the front suspension is amazing. So that’s it, I admittedly don’t want to sell the bike and no, I wont sell it to a breaker. My commute to work is really not bike friendly and there’s no point in her just sitting there gathering dust.
