Honda Cbr600f for sale as spares or repairs due to age mileage & engine tapping when cold seems to get quieter when riding but have ridden it like this for a 1000 miles seems to run and pull well & not got any worse. Took it to a garage & mechanic said they all sound like that its 23 years old. Since I have owned this it has had 2 new maxxi tyres, front & rear wheel bearings including carrier, bearing, steering head bearings, front brake pads, new wing mirrors, tank grips, seat cover with extra padding, oil & filter change, spark plugs, double bubble screen with another higher db screen. It also has a delkevik end can original also present & a Scott oiler fitted. The plan was to see if I still liked riding after a 3 year gap I did so bought a blade. As mentioned engine sounds tappy to me (not a mechanic) could be an easy fix? Someone has painted r/h fairing badly & wrong colour. General scratches stone chips but fairly presentable.
