For sale is my 2012 Honda CBR600F ABS. I bought this bike as my first “big” bike after passing my test and it has served me very well ever since. However I need to free up some finances, so unfortunately its time to let the Honda go. The mileage currently stands at 20,783. I’m currently the third owner of the bike. As you can imagine being a Honda I have had no problems whatsoever with the bike, I rode it most weekends last summer and on and off last winter, and she never missed a beat. The CBR has been looked after well by the previous owners never having missed a service (all history stamped up in service book). Since owning the bike the only work I have had done is changing the coolant, this was done by P&H Motorcycles (as this was due by age). I have performed an oil service, using a genuine oil filter, sump plug and o-ring as well as Castrol Power 1 oil (invoices for proof). So the new owner can be safe in the knowledge that the service regime has been stuck to. The previous owners of the bike had made a few changes to it, these include. R&G Handle Bar Ends. R&G Crash Bungs on the side fairings. Genuine Honda Rear Seat Cowl. Genuine Honda Rear Hugger. I have made a few changes to the bike since owning it, these include. Healtech Gear Position Indicator. MRA Double Bubble Screen. I have taken very good care of this bike, cleaning it after every ride, lubricating the chain regularly and applying an ACF-50 coating for the winter months. Due to space restrictions I have to keep the Honda outside all year, but she is covered with a heavy duty cover when ever not in use. The CBR is in good condition generally with plenty of life left in the brake pads, discs, chain, sprockets and lots of tread left on the Michelin tyres. The MOT is due to expire in March 2019. The bike comes with both Honda keys and two Datatool fobs. The bike is however six years old and has covered some 20,000 miles so if you are expecting a mint condition bike please look elsewhere. I have included pictures of all the damage on the bike, nothing serious and all annoyingly done by previous owners. The damage is listed below. Paint has rubbed off the N/S and O/S rear sets (this is where your boot rests whilst riding). Gouge in the N/S Engine casing and sprocket cover. Small crack in the fairing where it joins the screen. I will be sad to see the CBR go as it was my first “big” bike, but I’m sure it will serve the next owner just as well as it has served me.
